Like I said earlier, if Pac has sparring that day, he doesn't do roadwork at Griffith, only a short 20 minute run around La Brea Park (4 rounds = 4 miles) in front of his condo in LA. That's where I took those pics. I should have taken a video too so you can see the pace he's going, like a machine, maybe 8 situps every 10 seconds straight for 20 minutes before taking a 1 minute break. He doesn't do one kind of situp only, he does some on his sides as well.

    Caneman,

Kid~ you dont think there is anything wrong with following Manny Pacquiao around the LA Area with a camera and a video recorder? You dont see a problem with this? :huh

This is not normal behavor, this is clearly the sign of a mental obsession.

I know but for **** sakes thats got to be creepy, I mean seriously the man does not write or take pictures for any sort of web site, and follows Pacquiao around LA, knows what time he runs and where, counts how many sit ups he does etc....
This is just a bit over the top and I am for ever keeping that quote saved in my in box....:good

Pac doesn't do 10 miles 2 weeks before the fights as he spars everyday, just shorter 3-4 mile runs. He's a natural avid runner. It was reported Pac snuck out 2 days before the Mosley fight to run without his team's knowledge, which may have contributed to his leg cramps during the Mosley fight.

No, dummies. My uncle is very close friends with Pac and his team. We spent the rest of the morning at Pac's condo after I took these pics.

regular people dont workout for 2 hours a day, which is what a "regular" person would take to run this.

he's running the mileage of a trained runner preparing for a long distance race, which again by itself isnt unbelievable at all, but when you consider its like 1/5 of his total training... and then you guys are throwing out numbers that puts him at a world class runners level on top of that... i know you praise the guy but come on now
