I don't agree, but Brook and Spence are understandable since they're big WW's. But how the **** does the midget Porter beat Crawford? He's extremely one dimensional, I see Crawford beating him easier than most.
hard to tell until he actually fights some big welters that can match him in size. i think bud is too big for 140 if he is fighting in the 160s on fight night. some of his success could be due to the size advantage. remember how broner was the new floyd till he started fighting guys his size? crawford has the skills to beat guys his size, but does he have the power to hurt them the same way he does the small guys, or does he have the durability to handle the stronger guys punches just as easily?
I think he could be very competitive at WW. I see him beating guys like Garcia and Berto. I'd probably favor him over Thurman and Porter. I don't think he can beat Errol though- he's too big and strong for him.
If I was a betting man I'd clearly favour him to beat everyone at 147. Actually I am a betting man and I can't wait till he faces more highly regarded opponents so I can get some good odds on Crawford and fill my pockets I do think he won't be able to knockout most of them, and Spence in a couple years will be a huge risk, but let's see the fights happen.
Crawford beats them all, he's on another level of skill, and a much more complete fighter than anyone at the weight. Size won't be an issue. If you think Porter beats him you're seriously underestimating him.
I believe he has the skills to scare the top opposition in the 147 division away from him for the years to come.
I'm a big fan. He has all the atttributes apart from versing high level competition (not his fault - he's almost cleared out 140). Huge gas tank, one of the best switch stance fighters I've seen, good defence, seems dedicated, has KO power and actually seems to have a finishing instinct inside the ring. It's early days but I'm picking him to be the no.1 WW by 2019. Time will tell!
