You guys seen that WBC WW tournament?

    What do you all think of that Roster? Van Heerden? Fredrick Lawson, Radzhab Butaev Brad Solomon etc... I dont know what to think about this... Could it turn out to be an ok thing? Lots of unknown people there...

    TBH with you bro.. his name and Van heerden are the only ones Im kinda familiar with.. The rest are rare to me or not too known.. Which could ultimately be a good thing and something fresh or different for boxing.

    Seems like an extremely bootleg WBSS copy to me. Filled with guys not in the top 20.

    True. But still a nice little novelty and something we'll all tune into regardless. Tournaments in boxing are usually great even if the talent pool is questionable. Perfect example of this was Prizefighter

    One of my biggest boxing wins. I backed Mike Perez as an outsider when the talent pool was a bit deeper and then anyonr of any note ended up dropping out bar him allowing him an easy night's work and me some free money.

    Always had a bit of time for the rebel since!

    Timo Schwarzkopf [18(10)-1(0)] – Kosovo
    Derrieck Cuevas [16(13)-0-1] – Puerto Rico
    Baishanbo Nasiwula [13(6)-1(0)-1]

    The competition is backed by the WBC and promoted by Evander Holyfield.

    The first fight is set for Friday April 28th in Louisville, Kentucky.

    diaz should be the favorite based on the names I would think... unles that undefeted Russian is good .. I never seen him so ya going with diaz.

    Its fun because you throw in a bunch of guys who are on the same level and it results in good fights. And usually the winner goes on to bigger things.
