You will find no bigger fan of Tito than me so im speaking from a pov where i dont have an agenda for or against it but GGG at 160 absolutely puts Tito to SLEEP! Tito did not carry the same power from 147-154 to 160. Tito had no business moving up so quickly to mw nevermind fighting someone as strong as Bhop. Tito should have stayed at jrmw and dominated and looked for a huge money rematch with Oscar to end his career.

I wasn't there, nor did I watch it live as it happened.

    Did you?

I watched it live on PPV as my boy Bobby Boy Velardez fought Morales on the undercard. But I agree oscar looked real soft in that fight, and he definitely overlooked Sturm. And imo he could have lost that fight easily.

DLH didn't even train for Sturm and I still scored it a draw.

Against Hopkins he came in ripped and well under the MW limit.

I find it hard to believe you.

De La Hoya was not built for 160. That's why he looks bloated.

He was much better at WW and LMW.

With a ****ed up hand too. Floyd sr cut his palm while removing gauze from training so he had stitches on his palm.

What rounds did you score the DLH?

If he doesn't train for his first MW fight against a title holder he's gonna struggle greatly.

Tito had the power to KTFO top level middleweights as we against Joppy.

Tito's downfall was that he made the all too common mistake of falling in love with his power, and could not figure out how to penetarte Hopkin's or Winly's defense.

Tito has only been KTFO once, and it was by a huge MW in Hopkins.

GGG is not on Hopkin's level, nor does he have Hopkin's size.

There is a lot of revisionist history in your post. Tito had REAL business being in the 160's. Bhop was a 350 underdog, his victory was a real shocker to the boxing community. Few expected him to win at all. The whole pre-fight narrative was that Bhop was an old man ready to be added to Trinidad's KO highlight reel. Tito got a huge payday with Don King's middleweight tournament and it was a perfect situation for him to move up. King had given him a nice style fight match up vs Joppy and Tito had been on a huge role despite some shaky moments vs both Vargas and Reid he finished the last 6 rounds in true killer fashion. It was a calculated risk moving up to 160 but its what we all want as boxing fans. Tito put it on the line and should be praised for that. At that time there was a talk of Tito vs Roy Jones if he could get through Bhop. If you were Tito's management you would be nuts not to take all these opportunities and wait around for Oscar to put on another dull performance.

Then go back and watch the fight for yourself. De la Hoya did his best impersonation of the Pillsbury Dough Boy for the Sturm fight...

What are you logic and facts regarding this fight?

We know that Canelo struggles with movement, but we don't have evidence at this point of what GGG struggles with. Perhaps a larger boxer with tremendous talent? Maybe a guy with a great chin that delivers tremendous intelligent pressure, that can get low and underneath GGG?

Oscar and Trinidad don't fit these characteristics.

I think Oscar would beat Canelo with his movement; however, it would not be an easy fight as Canelo will land some of his counters because Canelo is talented in his own right.

I think Canelo beats Trinidad though. Canelo has the style and defense to beat Trinidad, perhaps by KO even.

I think GGG beats Oscar because at the end of the day, I don't think Oscar would stand up to GGG's body attack, and eventually, especially considering Oscar's tendency to fade, he would be taken out late.

Remember, while the triangle theory doesn't hold, Oscar arguably lost to Sturm, and GGG would beat the hell outta any version of Sturm.

Trinidad is though, but he's a small guy coming up and I just don't see a small guy coming up with Trinidad's style beating GGG.

What is your logic outside of you hating GGG because he threatens Canelo. You are sounding like the Floyd protectors that were so scared of Floyd fighting Pac that they would say and do anything to prevent the fight from happening.
