That's bull****. I remember reading about how Oscar was training exceptionally hard for that fight. It's just that Oscar is not a middleweight. He never was.

True, but when these taller guys (Tito, DLH) are KTFO MWs, and huge Jr. MWs, it puts things into perspective.

ODLH was weighing in at 160 when he was at 147
Tito was weighing in at 165 when he was at 147

    Years before moving to MW

The only reason why we see them as small is because their most notable MW fights were against huge MWs in Hopkins.

Hopkins towers over GGG, and would f him up.

Trinidad doesn't use his reach like he should. Trinidad is not a boxer. He's a guy that comes forward looking to knock you out. He's not going to walk GGG down. That's just ridiculous to me.

And Oscar will be successful for a while with his movement, but eventually GGG's body shots are going to catch up with him, and stop him.

I don't even know why I'm arguing with you because you clearly have an agenda.

You are afraid to see Canelo in with GGG.

He fought Joppy at 154 and never had a ko over a true Mw at that weight. I agree he fell too in love with his power and to add he fell too in love with that left hook and would just look to unload it instead of setting it up.

No, but you weren't even watching boxing at that time. And I read on accounts that Oscar was training his ass off. In fact, he specifically stated that he would train by doing things like chopping wood and made it clear that he was not training like Shane Mosley, by lifting heavy weights. In fact, Oscar was never a heavy weight lifter.

Oscar didn't look any better against Hopkins who was timing Oscar the whole time.

Prove me wrong. You said nothing in your response. You are not a boxing fan. You started watching the sport only because of Floyd.

Dude, DLH was clearly out of shape for Sturm :patsch
Just look at him against Hopkins a few months later, he was ripped.

You have no integrity. If you did, you would show DLH vs Strum weigh in and contrast it to DLH vs Hopkins weigh in.

Honestly, DLH doesn't look much different to me. DLH was never much of a weightlifter. He just doesn't have that ripped physique.

You honestly believe that Oscar is a legitimate middleweight? Oscar is a great welterweight, but at middle?

Every fight would be extremely challenging for Oscar at middleweight. Think about Oscar vs Jacobs and Quillin even. Those guys are huge compared to Oscar.
