    This is simple
    1. You have a $25 Budget
    2. You need to create a fight card. Five matches, one per division (HW, LHW, MW, WW, LW)
    3. Fighter's cost as follows:
    $5 - Ali, RJJ, Hagler, SRL, Duran
    $4 - Louis, Spinks, Monzon, Hearns, Pacquiao
    $3 - Tyson, Calzaghe, Hopkins, Mayweather, Chavez
    $2 - Marciano, Toney, Canelo, Dela Hoya, Whitaker
    $1 - Foreman, Ward, GGG, Napoles, Arguello

    Here's mine
    HW: $4 - Tyson vs Foreman
    LHW: $5 - Calzaghe vs Toney
    MW: $4 - Hopkins vs GGG
    WW: $7 - Hearns vs Mayweather
    LW: $5 - Pacquiao vs Arguello

    Just like in real life I would pay RJJ $25,000,000 to fight an overmatched bum for the lt-heavy title then say "Can you believe the greatness?"

    Cool concept, but you should consider subbing in Saad Muhammad and Dwight Qawi for a couple of the guys you have listed at 175.
