You have to give mayweather his due.

Floyd did his thing but he was up against a shot fighter that seemed more worried with touching gloves with Floyd than trying to win a fight.l

 

yes i give him his due... he is such a skillfull fighter.. he didnt go on a retreat after he got rocked.. he proved that he can really overcome adversity and adjust.. he adjusted and made shane mosley look like an amateur.. i dont believe that shane gassed after the 2nd round, floyd adjusted and shane wasnt able to.. and iam a big pac fan myself cause im filipino, but i dont see him beating floyd but its boxing so we dont.. both have never faced anybody like each other.. the fight must happen, but i will go for a mayweather if ever the fight happens

Cant say Im surprised Im seeing all these Mosley was shot comments...neither fighter is in their prime, Shane's last fight is what got him the distinction of number one at welterweight and Mayweather took it from him. Good job, but the fight should have happened years ago...He gets credit from me:good

Anyone who doesnt give him credit for beating a fighter as good as that in that fashion is a hater

 

i'm certainly no mayweather fan, in fact i dislike the man alot but a few things were hit home to me in this fight




1 floyd is that versatile that he fought mosley going forward and ****ed him up

2 everyone was sayin mosley is the bigger and stronger fighter - he wasn't, mayweather looked physically stronger and i thought he was actually hitting harder than mosley as well

3 floyd is a tough mother****er. he has all the skills in the world but when push comes to shove he is tough as ****, he can stay in the pocket and mix it with anybody if thats the way he chooses to fight

4 mayweather and pacquiao are in a completely different league to every other fighter in every weight division in boxing today. nobody is remotely close to their level

5 mayweather beats manny if they fight. manny will give him a fight but will end up being picked off on the counter and maybe even stopped (it hurts to say that but it is my honest opinion).

 

I want to but I aint giving his fans the benefit of the doubt.

 

It's always the haters to be the first to comment on a Mayweather thread. If you dont like the guy thats cool but why do you have to troll everythread to say some negative ****.

Come on man let's get past this knocking our less favorite fighter all day everyday. The reason alot of his fans do what they do cause people dont give him his just due no matter what he does. Trust and believe if most of the hatin stops his fans will become more tolerable to you. You still can be a huge Pacquiao fan and not hate so much on Mayweather. I give Pacquiao respect and i dont hate on what he do. We all are going to disagree about the testing issue and thats it. Esb would be a much better place around here.

 

The only way this whole thing would be resolved if both fighters come to a real compromise and just do it! I'm tired of waiting. Too many excuses on both sides. I want this fight!
