Maybe JLC was faded, but the way this fight went leads me to think that no version would beat Hatton. I don't think he is shot, but a prime version would hae fits by the unorthodox, from all angles, style Hatton has.

JLC isn't in his prime right now, but he was beaten by a man who would always have his number.

I await the "hugging" and "JLC was shot" claims. Bring it on, ****ers :fire

I dnt knw but if u guys watched it on HBO. Kellerman and Lederman, were both emphasizing and Re emphasizing the holding part. Now yes il admit ther was holding, but i seen in many instances where castillo was locking Hatton's arm. Including the many below the border blows, i cant say that Castillo was complaining. He knew that he couldnt control Hatton's speed and pressure.

**** Witter. He's going nowhere as a fighter. he's about as protected a fighter you will ever see. He has never and will never come close to achieving 1/10th Hatton has.

Why should Hatton fight him? There's no money in it, and anyone with a brain realises Hatton would smash him to pieces.

Respect id due when an absolute warrior like Castillo is stopped so...easily.

No I dont, and I think Castillo took a dive it was clear as day that they were not going to deduct a point for holding, so IMHO Castillo just said **** it, you dont want to pay me you want to take points for shots that were not low **** it.
Hatton is Garbage, he is nothing more than a British version of John Ruiz

Forget Witter he's 33 and a reflex fighter....as for the holding I thought Castillo was doing more with Hattons left hand?

Then who the **** else is he going to fight at 140? Malignaggi? N'Dou? STFU you nuthugging *****.

ETA I'm not going to respect "nice guy" Hatton for trash talking a guy he blatantly ducked. Isn't that what Floyd catches so much **** for supposedly doing?

I respect that he steps into the ring.

But his style of fighting is pure garbage, holding on after every 1-2 punches

I like it whe people who resort to personal insults. It always means they have absolutely no argument to back it up with. That's relevant in this case.

Who else is he going to fight at 140lbs? He said he would move up to fight Mayweather, Cotto or Mayweather. Fighting at 140lbs is not the only option. He could fight at a catch weight or move up.

Why should Cotto or PBF waste their time on Hatton? To use your way of expression, anyone with a brain (who didn't let emotions get in the way) knew Hatton would beat Castillo and anyone with a brain know that Cotto and PBF will beat Hatton.

I guess, you think these guys have to fight Hatton at his weight too?:nut

Not at all. I would favour Hatton in such a fight, but he would at least fight a live opponent.
