Great points bro - even if he beat those guys the names would still remain and greater expectations would be put on him.

Are you like purposely trying to sound ******ed?

Cotto has always said that he doesn't call out anyone. He let's his handlers do that. Just because he didn't mention PBF doesn't mean he didn't want him. So you can't assume he ducked PBF.

Margarito? $8 million offer ring a bell?

Williams? Yeah, i'm sure PBF was looking forward to fighting a southpaw who was pretty much a MW with the work rate and reach of his huh?

    Mosley? Who knows.

I'm not saying PBF ducked them but he sure didn't make an attempt to fight them. At least not publicly. PBF is a loud mouth guy. When he wants a fight, he talks about it. He never mentioned these guys publicly to the degree where people would notice. Correct me if i'm wrong.

Y is Zab in. Didn't he get **** by Cotto. William and Marg are the only two welters that's important. Altough Clottey is a good wildcard.

Really ,, every time a fighter losses he's ether labeled a loser , hyped , or damaged goods ..

So the obsession with remaining undefeated is not the issue , its the fans.

That's not true because if it was, he would've fought DLH as scheduled.

I'm pretty sure that Mayweather knew he would lose the rematch. Maybe he simply couldn't get himself up to train as hard as he used to, or maybe he thought DLH would improve next time out. But I know for sure PBF knew he'd lose.

    His title defenses at 135.

    1. Victoriano Sosa (fringe contender)

    2. Phillip N'Dou (he was a contender, but at 130)

    1. De la Hoya is not washed up. Watch some videos of Holyfield to see what's washed up.

    2. Margarito is the better welterweight. Mayweather isn't a welterweight only.
