Max Kellerman! I used to like him but now I think he's just damn annoying., and very biased too. Why the hell is he so loud? And does he think he's gonna replace Jim Lampley?
Woah. Thought I was just stuck in an episode of Family Guy for a second... But yeah, there's a few things about Max that **** me off too. Although I don't think he's AS bad as most people make him out to be
He is actually growing on me. He adds a lot of comedy to the HBO team, he is almost a spoof of boxing analysts. Sure he's like Kermit the frog high on red bull, but why not just laugh at him? His analysis aint actually that bad and he made Hatton-Mayweather fight happen, so fair enough to the guy.
??? , explain how and if it has anything to do with his interview after Hatton v Castillo then you don't really understand how this sport works . I'm going to guess your reply will say that the interview did do it because it got Hatton to disrespect Mayweather and Mayweather doesn't allow himself to be disrespected by no one :roll:
Agree 100% I'm praying for the day hes in the ring doing a post fight interview and just gets dropped for asking one of his stupid f**kin questions. The guy is a tool !
You mean to tell me that most of you like Larry Merchant better than Max Kellerman? I'm a big Max fan - followed him from ESPN's Friday Night Fight - to Fox Sportnet - to HBO. I think the kid is great and has a fond knowledge when it come to Boxing. I think his eyes are stretched open - like he's on coke or something - but he's great a what he does. He's a great addition to HBO's BAD & WCB. I don't see him taking Jim's place - but he was damn near closet to taking Larry's place. If any of the Boxer would like to hit an analyst - trust me - it would be Larry Merchant first - or that ***** from Showtime. They are both horrible when interviewing - but entertaining as commentators.
