To the people whose impulse is to answer the threat title like it wasn't a rhetorical question:

When someone asks "You know what?" do you just reply "What?" like a normal person or do you just starting blurting **** out?

Nothing...the thread title isn't an actual question, dude. Look at how it's worded...it's just to bait you into reading the first post. ESB really doesn't cope well with nuance. :!: If the "you know" wasn't there it would read like an open question...but it is, so it doesn't.

WRONG:

Arief Blader is the best of his victims in this latest comeback, in which he is now 7-0 (7) going back to his KO11 defeat to Orlando Salido in a back-and-forth war 1½ years ago. Before that he was on a 2½ year, 7-0 run in the wake of Takahiro Aoh beating him by UD, and before that had been on a 17-0 (12) after his previous UD loss to Steve Luevano, itself buffered from the Márquez TKO7 loss by a 5-0 (4) run.

So about now I'd say the Pit Bull is due for a big step up in class to end his current hot streak. :yep
