re-read the post you just quoted and point out where anyone said pav was "faster" than pw

 

Pav wouldn't get credit if he KO'd the Klitchko's back to back if they fought him as a tag team. Hell throw in David Haye for the Brits and they still would say Pav is nothing. :-(

paul is a very dangerous man. he looks great against the fighters put in front of him thus far. he dominates but they are significantly smaller than pav. its foolish to just assume he will do that against pav and just smother him like he does to men much smaller (and shorter) than pav.

pav hasnt been as fast as many of his opponents, including the former undisputed undefeated mw kingpin.

but pav has seen more that is similar to what pw will bring to the table than pw has seen that pav will bring to the table. pav's had 100 punches a round thrown at him by miranda, been hit w/ flush power shots from miranda, taylor and 180+lb bhop (all of whom hit harder than pw) and been hit from effectively odd angles from bhop. i know wwm has pointed out that pw trains w/ heavy fighters but he's never been in the ring on fightnight, no head gear, adrenaline pumping w/ a true 160lb banger whose stopped every fighter at mw whose gotten in the ring w/ him and who aint ascared to throw 100 punches a round himself.

Your right, this is all just a matter of opinion. This fight can go either way, Paul Williams has never been in the ring with an elite middle weight like Pavo. It's good to read someone giving their opinion without being sarcastic about it :good.

 

It's no Hagler vs. Hearns, but I can't wait to see this one. I hate to see either guy lose.

 

Pav/Williams would have been a perfect addition to the undercard of any of those classics! lol , but thats it!
