Pac is not going to be as motivated for Clottey as for Cotto and they are about the same level as fighters. So you never know.

 

pacquaio is the best boxer and ww in the world. nobody can beat him anymore. when he was below his prime, maybe you had a chance like moralis showed, but pacquaio is in his prime now, unbeatable

Of course he can. He probably won't but he certainly can.

 

Clottey's biggest problem will be his work rate. I also wonder how well his training is going to be as Pac has training for a fight in march sooner and Clottey wasnt informed until about 8 weeks out which isnt much time.


But I think style wise he is a harder fight than anyone else Pac fought at 140+, that defense will help him a lot.

I think he should bring the fight to Pac and try to back him up. For one, Roach isnt planning to try to knock Clottey out, he is planning on a high work rate and out boxing him to a UD. Pac isnt used to fighting backwards and no one has backed him up since JMM so I think its a good strategy for Clottey.

 

If Clottey fought smarter and harder, he has all the physical tools to beat anyone he's faced so far. If only he'd see that.

 

Pacquiao owned Cotto. I felt sad for Cotto, he seems like a really geniune guy. I was rooting for Cotto and when I saw that vicious knock-down in the 4th, I was gutted for him.

I think Pac will only use the B-Side Meth for the Clottey fight. The A-side costs millions.

 

Clottey hasn't knocked anyone out for years and doesn't have the work rate to beat Pac on points, I see this being more of an exhibition than a genuine match up with Clottey the high guarded human punch bag.

 

think pac will just be too busy for clottey but if he gets caught...... you never know
