    Unfortunately, it is only speculation that margo had wraps in his gloves against Cotto.

    For wraps:
    - Why would he suddenly wrap against Mosely?
    - Cotto was very badly beaten up and the change in momentum in the fight was very swift.

    Against Wraps:
    - Logically, there is absolutely no actual proof.

    Overall, you cannot assume that Margo did cheat against Cotto, although it may seem logical.
