Floyd beat one of the fastest fighters alive in Baldomir, a guy named Zab Judah who had more mental toughness than Marciano, Carmen Basilio, and Evander Holyfield combined; he also beat two guys with chins of concrete in Mitchell and Hatton. Then you add in the super **** enhanced mega Mexican mauling machine Marquez, who failed to honor the catchweight put in place for the smaller Floyd. A resume like that shits all over Robinson's and then douses it with gasoline, sets it on fire, then adds a few hand grenades on top for good measure.
Funny how everyone gets on Robinson's nuts. Truth is Sugar Ray Leonard would have whiped the floor with him.
do u guys get paid to sit inside all day and hate? go outside, there are actual real life ppl out there that will smack the **** out of your mouth for talking to them the way u do to ppl in a forum... ***gots
Back up. You're not being out of order by any means in picking Leonard, but i strongly disagree. I made a thread a while ago about this and bump it up every now and then. I'll get it now. I strongly disagree.
Very honestly I think Oscar is the only one who puts up a good fight. That version of De La Hoya was still pretty effective but Robinson knocks him out I reckon.
ray robinson fought 10,000 fights, you can say the same thing about any fighter going up against sugar ray.he sayed he would never say another fighter was better then him, thats why its gone be hard to beat him because even if hes not better then the greatest of all time he believes he is. "i have no problem with a fighter saying he is the best in the world if thats what he trully beileves and i feel mayweather trully believe he is the best fighter ever" brother naszim
You're ****ing mad. Valero is clearly number 5, behind Gavin Rees, Angel Manfredy (great uncrowned champ), Ricky Hatton, and Floyd Mayweather.
