So we got months of people saying Diaz is going to kick GSP's ass. Then after the 29th when they realise the gulf in class they will have to downplay it by saying Georges is boring

 

Diaz will make it entertaining if nothing else. Looking forward to it.

So Diaz vacates his SF belt? I know SF was bought out by the UFC but SF is still in business. Sounds complicated to me. Please enlighten me.

 

Diaz is the most logical choice for GSP at this point - but he's going to get outboxed ala the GSP/Shields fight in a technical yet unspectacular display. Still - I'm looking forward to it. The build up will be fun.

 

Maybe Diaz will enter the ring with his Strikeforce belt around his waist? In my mind that's the only way the UFC can sell this fight to the public after the anticlimactic fight between GSP and Shields - the man they sold as the greatest threat to GSP ever. This will have to be a champion vs champion match.

 

Diaz will get reminded why he chose NOT to box. GSP will make him look like an amateur in every aspect of MMA.

 

Lol, this is going to be good. Somebody should organize a month-off bet thread or maybe avatar bets.

 

As much as I wish that Diaz will make it 50-50 at the end of the day I think GSP is still a class above. Competition is good hope he brings it

 

the interesting thing is how much better diaz credibility would improve if he pulled off the upset.

 

great. look forward to this one, think gsp will take it as diaz has never been too difficult to takedown. but every round starts on the feet and diaz can be dangerous off his back. lets see.
