Any information on cancelling with paywizard? After six months if you want to cancel do you have to contact both Boxnation and Paywizard? I'm only skeptical about the payment being taken by card. I worked in a bank call center and every day there were problems where payments were taken by card instead of direct debit and not being able to cancel them.

Well you could delete your card details so in a sense that might end it. As far as im aware you only cancel with PW. There is a tab called subscription in your account and you can manage your subs and has a "cancel subscription" tab next to my BN subscription.

So im guessing it's that simple, be interesting if it works right now......

sorted! pain in the arse creating a paywizard account but only took a few mins!
when putting in the phone number that sky have for you it wouldnt accept my mobile number (as i dont have a land line)
so rang them and he said put the first 5 numbers of my mobile number in the area code and then put the last 6 numbers of my mobile number in the phone number box.

bit of a pain but sorted now anyway! first £10 taken out today and £10 every month on the 29th!

just hope the ****er works now!!

    Thanks for this :thumbsup

Has anyone seen this exchange on Boxnations facebook page:

    Lawrence Baggs
Am I right in saying that it is only Sky customers that need to use Pay Wizard to subscribe? If so why is this? I have no problem paying the money, just with all the Emails that have been sent out since initially registering with Boxnation, not one has mentioned Pay Wizard. Nobody knows anything about them or what it is for. Would like someone to clear this up before depositing the cash. The lack of info is putting an awful lot of die hard boxing fan off of signing up. Also might pay someone to log into to Eastside Boxing Forum because there are plenty of potential customer who are also being put off by the lack of info.
    Thanks

BoxNationTV Hi Lawrence, thanks for flagging up eastside boxing, so far we've been unable to post on that forum, seems we aren't being given access! In order to faciliatate the huge volume of subscriptions we need to use Pay Wizard for Sky as the setup is slightly different to Virgin. We're working on some FAQs which should be provided soon.

So a company associated with FW is not being given access to Eastside boxing. I wonder why?

Do they have a call centre if your card does not activate and signal needs resent or are having billing issues etc? Anyone got a number for it?

What a load of bollocks. The amount of trolls and multiple usernames that people have on here is ridiculous. And this guy's claiming that he can't work out how to get logged onto here?

I work for Bank Accounts for Lloyds. Cancelling your card will not stop this type of payment coming out of your account.

There is a period where ESB approve your account before you can post, my account was in limbo for 4 days before I could post.

To be fair it took about a week for my account to be given the green light after I signed up.

I thought they'd just send Bunce on to deal with the angry mob.

No this is the BIG WORRY, what if a issue Saturday. ZERO support on offer bar a ****ing e-mail, which during peak time will be no use when issues.

They need a phone number, even if it's one ****stan guy in a BT call centre, least give us something.

Thats no good if issues with signal or it's not been activated. Only Boxnation can sort issues out. How can they not have 1 single number to call. Going to be mayhem Saturday :rofl:rofl:lol::lol:
