So Wilder signed to fight a prime Povetkin, Furyx3, undefeated "Boogeyman" Ortiz during his title run, but we are told to believe that he ducked Joshua (an equal or easier fight than the above) for 10x the money? The revisionist history on this previously 50-50 matchup is insane. The big name big money fighter didn't get a 50-50 fight done...FOR FIVE YEARS. Now that Wilder's washed the big name fighter "would've always beat him"? What happened to "the fight of the century"? Clowns.

These sad souls are attempting to do the same with Fury. Despite Usyk looking the exact same against Fury, they claim Fury only did well because it was a lesser version of Usyk. As if only a perfectly prime version of Usyk could get in there and make Joshua look stupid. Fury had the best losing performance against Usyk point blank period. There were rounds where I legitimately thought Usyk would get stopped. Fury almost got TKO'd, yes, but I recall a certain fighter almost getting TKO'd in the 12th against Usyk (and his corner waving a towel, and the round ending early).

The beautiful thing about boxing is that no one gives a **** about coulda woulda shoulda's. Joshua would've beaten everyone ever according to much of this forum. If only he didn't have to prove it in the ring. His one weak point. Be sure to ignore that he's 0-2 against the Big Four of this generation. I'm sure they will babble on about how Wallin is better than Fury, and Ngannou is as good a victory as Wilder. Ultimately these people are fans of a fighter, not a sport, and DKSAB.

I know I saw the two best heavyweights of this generation have an epic fight last weekend, and I look forward to the rematch.

Wilder blatantly ducked Povetkin. His claim it was because of a failed test went out the window when he fought Stiverne instead, who had himself just failed a test.

Wilder is fairly tough but let's no forget he got saved by the ref in the first ortiz fight, he was getting battered and was seconds away from being stopped but the ref have him loads of recovery time. Ultimately he flattened Ortiz a few rounds later but ortiz was robbed

Joshuas SOS is better than Wilders but not by very much and his fans hyping up fighting Povetkin and Pulev while trashing Wilder for fighting Ortiz are hypocrites of the highest caliber.

Dumb **** thread. Fury disappeared from the division, and then could not fight Joshua because he was contractually obligated to rematch Wilder.

Wilder turned down, what, $50 million, or something?

Joshua beat who he could get in front of him.

Besides, Wilder sucks, so why is his name being mentioned?

Wilder admitted to ducking AJ in 2019 no matter how some people are trying to spin it. He rejected a genuine and a legit deal (Shelly Finkel words, not mine).

AJ signed to fight Fury in 2021 but Fury lost the arbitration and had to fight Wilder for the third time.

AJ then signed to fight Wilder in 2024 but Deontay wet the bed against Parker and Saudis didn't want to see that fight anymore.
