Young/Anderson

    Just watched this fight again. I know most don't care, but n the tenth, young lands a right and drops Anderson, clear knockdown. And the ref waves it off. Even without the knockdown, young should have won that fight, schooled him!

    Um... Jimmy Young vs. Tim 'Doc' Anderson from 1988?
    I don't know anything about that fight except that Anderson won a 10 round split decision, per Boxrec. Did the ref wave it off because the final bell rang? Or are we talking about a different Young vs. Anderson?

    yea, Jimmy, no, the bell didn't ring. It appeared to me Jimmy hit him with a good right hand, Tim went down, then got up and the ref signaled no knockdown. Now, I had a few bud lights in me, but that's how I saw it. Jimmy did some funny clowning in the fight too.
