Young Foreman, easily. C'mon people, young Foreman lost to a slightly past his prime Ali, still one of the best of all time. Just because old Foreman was more composed and used defense then doesn't mean he was better. Hell no, not even close. Old Foreman was just a heavier, slower, less aggressive version of himself with some power left over. And look what a legend way, way, and I mean really way past his prime was able to accomplish.
