Mr magoo...McCall was a nobody and so was Rahman and both koed Lewis was single blows. Foreman in his prime would crush Lewis. I remember watching Foreman train in north NJ back in the 70s. I am sure everyone has seen George hit a 300 pound heavy bag on video ....it was incredible to watch in person. The rafters would shake and his blows were thunderous one after another. I've watched many a heavyweight through the years hit the bag....never never saw anything like that before or since. The guy could hit like a hammer literally.

John...there was no chance for a prime Foreman losing to a McCall. Different class of fighter....all time great hwt champion vs a contender.

What's Prime Foreman gonna do against Mccall?
Knock him out? Don't make me laugh.

Prime Foreman would punch himself out against Mccall.

Who is McCall? Nobody...class usually wins out when a nobody fights one of boxings best all time. I watch both fighters....Foreman was special. mcCall totally ordinary. mcCall has zero...no chance ...against prime Foreman. Can't see where any truly knowledgeable boxing fan would pick a McCall over prime Foreman. who is McCall? A nothing.

Guys: See Chuvalo. Iron chin, no doubting his stamina. Foreman clobbered him into defeat.

The same would probably happen to McCall.

John....I'm laughing at you. McCall was a nothing. Never heard such BS in all my life. Prime Foreman could ko any man he could hit and no hwt could cut the ring off like George. He would have McCall on his heels and cornered from the first round. The ref rescues McCall in a one sided pounding in round 6. Let me ask you...how old are you?

Can someone explain to me the reasoning behind the theory that Foreman, a heavyweight who wasn't subject to any weight limits, was "draining" himself to below 220lbs in the 70s despite being naturally bigger than that? He was deliberately fighting at a lower weight to his own detriment?

Is there any basis to this bizarre contention or is it just a flight of fancy on the part of Mr heavy_hands?

John...your obviously young and or inexperienced. No chance he beat the best George Foreman. If you had seen prime Foreman from ringside like I did you would say the same. The guy was literally a physical force of nature. mcCall in comparison was a joke. He would find himself cornered within the first seconds of the first round which would start round after round of pounding. The ref rescues the nothing McCall within 6.
