If the Pacquiao fight simply CANT be made, Floyd should wait till summer and fight the Berto/Mosley winner

 

he was ranked 53 by the IBO computerised rankings last time I checked (earlier this month.)

Is he even ranked in any Organisation's top 25 welters?

I say Floyd and Pac will fight in March, and Malinaggi/Mathew Hatton fight would be a good undercard.
