Which young up-and-coming pro heavyweight has the most potential?

    For me it's Bakhodir Jalolov.

Vladyslav Sirenko and Jared Anderson have potential, and Efe Ajagba looks promising.

And of course Murat Gassiev has already won titles at cruiserweight, I'd like to see him in with contenders like Whyte, Parker and Ruiz.

The heavyweight division has a lot of talent right now.

Although there's only four impressive fighters currently ranked in the top ten, there's another dozen or so up-and-comers such as several in the poll, and also older fighters like Makhmudov, Kossobutskiy, and Hrgovic.

    Dubois.

I have warmed to him after his Joyce defeat, he took it well and understands he has to learn, it's a process and it will take time.

Yes he is at times but he is young and like I said he knows he has to improve and gain experience.

He is nowhere near the finished article and he knows it.

Yes, he's definitely young enough to improve.

Andersons infighting looks crisp but he hasn't fought anybody yet.

Jalolov has looked straight up unstoppable recently in his amateur career against top level competition. Hopefully he doesn’t take his career too slow

Jalolov is definitely my number one. Another guy that I like that is a little older than 27 is the 29 year old Cuban Frank Sanchez. I think he has a nice skillset and a good amount of natural athletic ability.

Frank Sanchez is looking to be pretty talented, a whole level above Dubois, but he's only fought bums. We'll see what he can do

Agreed. He has a big step up on the Fury vs Wilder undercard. Efe is a stern test.

He seems to have more in the arsenal than Dubois and he's a lot quicker. But Dubois looked good too until he stepped up. Dubois was just more destructive. I don't rate Sanchez, we'll see how he does later.

None of the above ...Andrey Svaytoslavovich Mangushev, just 23 years. :deal:

(I'm half-kidding. Really hard to get a read on him. Knocked out Ismayl Sillakh in three rounds in just his 5th pro bout ...but also, in his previous bout, was taken a full six rounds with zero knockdowns at cruiser by former middleweight contender and total glass cannon Milton Núñez, stopped in 21 of his 27 losses ...but also, that could just be because Mangushev was drained from boiling all the way down to cruiser for some ungodly reason when he is SIX FOOT SEVEN - or even six foot eight, depending on sources)

Honestly he isn't even the most interesting member of his family to get sucked into a rabbit hole about. His dad, Svaytoslav Valeryevich Mangushev, is a former Russian super-soldier turned Moscow police internal affairs turned FSB (successors to KGB...so, a spy) turned private security mogul turned Miami realtor slash outlaw motorcycle club honcho with ties to the Trump 2016 tampering accusations...and that's just the tip of the iceberg. :scared1

So yeah, no way of knowing if Andrey is legit or his dad is just a powerful mobster paying off semi-name guys to lay down for him. The knockout against Sillakh appears...kind of normal, I guess? If anything, mildly premature stoppage by the ref...if Sillakh was supposed to have taken a dive, he clearly forgot his cue.

I was considering adding him to the poll, but I thought few have ever heard of him.
