    One more thing on this though. Don't f uck with some of those crazy ass Yoga poses that can stretch your ligaments like seran wrap...like f uck it up for life.

    Don't EVER EVER stretch your ligaments.

    EVER.

    Understand?

    Don't do some of those dumbass Yoga poses like the Lotus or some of those other weird ass lookin ones...like the Cow.

    Don't ask me how I know the f uckin names. I don't go to some gay ass Yoga ****. I just read some **** and I found out about that ****.

    Basically, if you see some type of pose where you're like what the f uck is this mother f ucker doin?

    Don't f uck with it.

    If you see some **** that looks disgusting...don't f uck with it.

    Wall sits are a good exercise for the legs.
