hahah well i guess im gunna make a log. im coming off my nose surgery and havent lifted weights in over 2 months because of it. also my knees recently started hurting me alot msot liekly from all my other sports i used to play so my squat is defintly going to suffer. ok well most liekly my lifts are at about bench 205 squat 250 and deadlift 325 each round is 3 min with 1 min rest today shadow boxed 5 rounds heavybag 4 rounds then i did speed bag for 3 rounds and inbetween the rounds i did flat situps
hahha thanks. if u wudnt mind cud u keep an eye on my log cuz i have my first boxing match in february or march its in the golden gloves so im going hard with training now. BTW i also did 2 hours of jiu jitsu today
yesterday 15 min jump rope 4 rounds of rotating pads and shadow boxing 3 rounds heavy bag 2 sets of situps ball drops on stomach

first day back sparring from my surgery anyway i warmed up for liek 1.5 hours lol shadow boxing, heavybag, and pads. waiting for the kid to show up lol. and then i sparred 3 rounds
4 rounds situps 2 sets leg lifts 50 bal drops on abs then i stood against pole and let trianer pound awayat my abs with med ball 3 rds pads 3 heavy average aroound 200 punches each round jumprope 3 min 20 burpess 3 min jumprope 20 burpees
4 rds shadow boxing 3 rds doubleend bag 2 rds speedbag(no rest) theni went home and then i did sprint 20 seconds jog 10 i did that 4x and damn i was dead
today 3 rounds heavybag 3 shadow 3 pads 3 heavy 4 rounds jumprope with burpess inbetween each round but not at thene ned so ended up being 3 sets of burpees rested about an hour 2 hours BJJ
