I remember a long written detailed article about them with the result MT beating young Clay/Ali, but having more problems with the more durable rated 74 Ali of the Foreman bout. But didn´t save that or anything Ok forget about it, the one I remember was later and originally digital.
Excuses again! He wasn't green for Tillis who was bum!Tillis also beat Tyson in sparing in 1987 so Tyson was in his prime and Tillis was always a problem for him!Tillis was joruneyman with 22 losses stopped by Morrison and Spoon in round 1!Tillis not only fought prime Tyson but punished him in several sparig and exhibitions in 1987!Only stupid man cpuld say someone was green in 1986 and past prime in 1988!Tyson would beat Douglas?Tyson was beaten by McCall in sparing whom Buster beat!Tyson was 23 years old and that is prime Mike before jail!Douglas beat him and that Douglas would beat any version of Tyson!Tucker beat outshaped Douglas!Tyson didn't have stamina problems?Rooney struggled to cool him after fight and Tucker was very clear and gave normal interview!Tucker almost beat Tyson with one hand broken shows Tyson overrated! Get your Tysonit excuses ass out of here please!
McCall jumped out of the ring while sparring with Tyson once after being hit with a body shot and it`s just practise sparring isn`t meant to be a full on fight, Tyson was far more skilled than McCall, look what Bruno did to McCall, he was useless.
Mike also bluntly said, quote "the Larry Holmes I beat wasn't the Great Larry Holmes. If it had been, he woulda beat me." Smart man. I personally think the only guys who could have beat Mike face to face would be prime Louis, Ali (60s), Frazier, Foreman, Holmes, Holyfield, and 1992 Bowe. And yeah, that means I don't think any of the current champions could have beat him.
I don't know what your problem is, you seem to jump on a part of my comments, but don't read the entirety of it. As I wrote , Tyson didn't mention Ali in that video ( The obvious) but I also wrote "so what if he did say it, he should feel that way". Listen, If I have offended you in some way, I offer my apologies. But the pettiness needs to stop.
I would say humble nice man. I think that prime Tyson beats prime Holmes and by ko. Styles make fights
Tyson is indeed overrated but saying he wasn't green when he was 19 years old and going into his 20th bout is not only laughably untrue, it calls into question the credibility of one who would make such a statement.
That article showed me how little his son know about boxing, and fighting in general. For him to think Ali would've struggled with Lee Jun Fan, and not M.Tyson is crazy at best. And I credit Lee Jun Fan (Bruce Lee) for giving me the will to beat the odds of drugs, aggravated violence, murder, and prostitution I grew up seeing in my family and neighborhood in my childhood to the success story I am today. The Martial arts, and the discipline and confidence I received from it is why I'm here today. That started with "Enter The Dragon" at a local Drive Inn way back in 1973. Lee Jun Fan was my life for years after. I read damn near every book, studied every move he made. But with all that, he doesn't beat Ali, at least not in a boxing ring.
You´re talking about the interview after the Holmes stoppage, right? He also said that LH at his best was the greatest of all time. Check the expression of Bill Cayton right at the moment, he didn´t like that one. Excuse me, as a kid, was there something that fell on your head once or thrice? I´ve seen alot of RBV, but apart from that syndrome, you´re probably top 5 of typing rubbish of such an high intensity, even feisty BF24 posters have a hard time replying to the mental turds of yours. Mind trying General Forum?
Tyson fury put it best "If I didn't think that I can't beat any man in past history or forwards then i'm not the champion i think i'm going to be" Although most fighters retired or current show respect to each other by saying "yeah he'd beat me" because they are humble. Mike Tyson literally cries thinking about the greatness of fighters like Ali and SRL. They understand the art of war, Tyson understood the art of war but couldn't fully master it like they did.
Liston I can see, mostly because he was just about a strong as Iron Mike...but most of all because he would ABSOLUTELY NOT BE AFRAID of him. Liston would score points even in the staredown, mean ugly ******* will probably punk off Mike harder than even Evander did. So yes, my friend, probably Sonny Liston would stop Mike in 9. I'm not sure on Lewis though...Mike had fast enough hands to wear he would inevitably catch LL flush. I just can't see Lennox being able to take many shots like that from Mike. All that said, I do see Liston as a lesser ATG than Mike, and see Lewis as greater than either of them overall.
