Youngest ever two-division world title challenger?

I didn't even think about it when the question was brought up, but given the latest clues it was quite obvious. I thought highly of Carrasquilla's talent. He seemed to have all the skills to go on to bigger and better things. But alas, it turns out the Hong fight ruined him as a fighter, exposing his fragility at such a young age. He was never to recover. Shame.
