normally do 40 30 20 10 sit ups ( or 50 x 2 sometimes) 40 30 20 10 leg raises 20 x 3 med ball sit ups 20 x 3 russian twists planks for aslong as possible on a timer try and do 2 or 3 lots this is just a general one sometimes i do more sometimes less and i use other ab exercises when i get bored i generally do the majority of it at the end of a session but some bits like the sit ups ill do in between sets of push ups ect its a bit crappy really and unorganized i would also like more ideas
I have two of the them that I alternate with. I do this one, with a weighted vest on and I add leg raises to it and more lower back work and ab roller [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HMdSor8_UI0[/ame] and the other workout involves my medicine ball I'll post it later
