With hindsight what was your best and worst bet you ever made concerning boxing? Be it friendly wagers or formal gambling on a fight.

Willilams to beat Tyson was my best. I know it sounds obvious now but back then it wasn't a bet that a lot of people were making.

Hatton to beat Pacuqiao was my worst.

Barkley to beat Hearns in their first fight was my best, even called the round.
Picking Buster Drayton to beat Julian Jackson is the worst.

Best: Morrison vs Mercer. I knew Morrison was blown up, and Mercer more than proved me right.

Worse: Holmes vs Tyson. I bet with my heart, forgetting (or just not wanting to remember) Holmes' having just turned a grandfather plus the fact he hadn't fought in nearly two years.

Worst was either Kash Ali beating Price or Joshua beating Ruiz in the first fight

Best was Beterbiev beating Gvozdyk, an honorary mention to having Joshua win the Joshua vs Ruiz rematch, while I was on the side of the betting odds, @roughdiamond @George Crowcroft and @The Malibu Mauler (my homies) all disagreed with me.

Nothing major or brag worthy on either end, I am a bit young.

While not a bet and only a prediction, I was pretty satisfied to see that the Joshua/Ruiz rematch went pretty much exactly as I expected it to, I went in fully believing Joshua would box to a safe and clear decision.

That was really insightful, as I considered Joshua mostly a puncher...just not quite as devastating a puncher as Ruiz.
