ah boys this is really bringing out the tears i suppose best for me was cotto margarito does anyone know what the story is with setanta ireland cause its still broadcasting and supposedly they will keep broadcasting and AA is on that channel sat night
Cotto-Judah was a real bonus as only found out they where showing it in the boxing news. was a great fight too. EDIT: first live boxing i remember them showing that wasnt PPV was that Erin Go Brawl card with Duddy, Lorenzo and Andy Lee with that sick knock out of Carl Daniels.
Was the b-hop- pavlik fight on Setanta?? If it was, that was my favourite... Me and my mates had just come back in from a night club, turned it on expecting to see B-hop get a beatdown before announcing his retirement. How wrong was I!! It was a great perfomance from b-hop..I was also drunk, so good times
http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/broadcasting/a161685/setanta-sports-1-to-continue-in-ireland.html *I called Setanta because I only have Setanta Ireland at them moment and according to the press release Irish (Ireland & Northern Ireland) customers should have Setanta 1 as well, they told me that Setanta1 going off air for Irish customers was only temporary and to call back tommorrow if it still isnt on. They were unsure about if the Abraham fight will be shown on Setanta on Saturday night (for Irish customers) but I think not.
My first Setanta night was Pac-Barrera 2, one of Setanta's worst fights in my opinion as much as I like Pac. My best was Cotto-Margarito, no way in hell was I sleeping after that so I was away to the off-license at 6 in the morning. EDIT- Didn't the signal go in about Round 10 of Pac-Barrera 2 and we got it back for the last minute of Round 12?
B-Hop Pavlik, was my personal favorite. Also enjoyed Calzaghe Hopkins, granted the fight wasnt great, but it was a great event nonetheless.
Whoa that was well back! I didnt even know Setanta existed until they started showing Prem League in 2007.
hatton taking down castillo with the left hook to the body in vegas. with the occasional ooohhs and aaahhs from buncey in the background. :yep cotto-margo was the best fight. :smoke calzaghe-kessler was great to.
