GGG dominates Canelo behind the jab and working hard body shots to Yellers ribs and solar plexus. Yeller gets desperate in rds 5 and 6 and blows his load trying to take GGG out in a firefight using forward countering. GGG plays is safe, using superior footwork and sticking to plan, and drops Yeller in the 7th with a hooks over the top to Yellers head. Yeller gets up, he's wobbly, and GGG patiently, methodically, breaks him down til he either goes down for a 10 ct, ot survives the rd, and his corner RTDs him and tries to claim an accidental foul caused an injury so he can maybe get a TD.
Golovkin ends it with a bodyshot. It will resemble Oscar rolling around the canvas when he fought Hopkins.
You were right about one thing, it'll be like BHop-Tito, only the other way around. If you want a more apt comparison, try BHop-ODLH, with Canelo rolling around writhing in pain, in tears then punching the ring and all. Remember Canelo is the former WW/JMW taking on a career Middleweight, not the other way around. And unlike BHop, this one can really punch, like really, really, really, really, punch..... I'll say that again.... really punch. So Canelo won't last 9 like DLH.
I think Canelo is going to have to fight the perfect fight, because I think GGG is going to go for it! But ultimately it will come down to skills, and Canelo has all the skills in the world to detour the so called "wrecking machine" that is GGG... will I necasarrily be shocked when Canelo pulls it off? Hell to the mother****ing NO!! Canelo imo should be the clear favorite.
I honestly dont know right now, I will really have to rewatch G's last two fights again closely to make my final call. Im leaning towards Golovkin KO11.... but I could see Canelo edging out a decision to be honest. My final pick probably will be G by KO late though. Not very bold prediction, I know
