    ****ing hell that Galloway guy was painful to watch.He was clever I suppose but very very boring.
     
  2. Sibson was around at the wrong time IMO.

    I think he'd do very well in the current middleweight scene.

    Agreed,I reckon Sibo would have got a version of the title if he was around now.He was never going to beat Hagler and he knew it.Gave it the best shot he could.

    shepard used to train at our gym when he was pro,used to travel to burnley from carlise a few times a week,sparred with him many a time.
    there was 3 brothers,charlie was the best.

    went to many a show around lancs in the late 80's early 90's,watched loads,brodie,foster,bingham,hamed,****,can't remember names,struggle to remember the wifes name nowadays:hey

    all sparring with me was intense:bbb,i used to let them batter me for a few rounds until they were knackered then id take over,mind you,sometimes (all the time:yep)i was that unfit,it never quite worked out that way:tired

    Kid Milo from Birminham was arrested as he left the ring after losing to Eubank, there was an outstanding warrant out for him, he lost, got out the ring and was pulled by the old bill, thats adding insult to injury

    Crawford Ashley.

    He was a very good fighter. Textbook. Good jab and set his punches up well. Was always great to watch.

    I have no doubt he would've been champion today (picked up a strap of some kind) if he was starting off now. He had to fight the best and move out of his weight for his title shots.

    I've got to go with Lennox Lewis.

    It's rare that you see a British fighter that fought the best from the beginning to the very end, and who beat them all.

    Dennis andries, right hard git, was in some great fights, and he seemed to be around forever
