Put the following in order of importance for judging someone's career

Longevity - loads of title defences or being a top level fighter for a long time

Depth of resume - is their resume packed with good contenders / champions

Best wins - how good are their best 2/3 wins

Excitement in the ring - high ko% or having a crowd pleasing style

Boxing skill - the level of technical skill and boxing ability they posses

Losses - how bad/significant are their losses

Prime H2H - How do they match up H2H in their prime against fellow ATG's

Rank them in order of importance when judging someones career

    Longevity/Dominance.
WHO they fought and WHEN they fought them.
    Skillset.
How they would do in other eras.

That's my criteria in ranking ATG's.

I basically only look at who you beat, and that entails the advantages/disadvantages you had at the time. That's it. Excitement doesn't translate into quality, and skills aren't truly measured until they're tested against the very best (gatekeepers can look like highly skilled potential ATG's when matched up right). I also look at losses differently than some; failing to do something doesn't take away from what you actually achieved. I take into account the sum of the accomplishments.

Lol at ¨boxing skill¨ as the most determining factor

Marquez, Ward or James Toney should be ahead of people like Lamotta, Jack Johnson or Marciano in that case

They're the only things which always matter for me. Other criteria, such as longevity, can be important but too many great fighters were around for too short of a time for it to be essential. Aside from that, dominating a weak division or beating bums for 10 years is not impressive or the sign of greatness.
