skills in terms of reputation can be a measure of achievement i.e. hearns at WW didn't achieve an awful lot statistically but he beat a HOF'er, was second only to Leonard and earnt a reputation as a h2h monster. All those are solid achievements.

Jones Jr at LHW unified all belts bar linear and wbo, spent his entire unified reign as p4p number 1 and earnt a reputation as an unbeatable fighter. Again solid achievements.

so I think in context skillset is a valuable measure of greatness.

It`s actually a blend of everything tbh, not one thing takes major importance over the others.

    1. Boxing Skill
    2. Depth of Resume
    3. Best Wins
    4. Prime H2H
    5. Losses
    6. Longevity

    (4, 5, and 6 are interchangeable)

    ...

    7. Excitement. (Actually I don't consider this at all... "excitement" is completely subjective. I find Mike Tyson boring as all get out... most people disagree).
