Your earliest/favourite memory of boxing in your life?

    What was your earliest or favourite memory of boxing in your life? I remember staying up with my brother to watch G-man and Benn fight. I remember Batman returns was on ther other channel so we were waiting for the main event to start. Those were the good old days for me, and the reason I got into boxing.

    I remember my eyes being sucked into the screen while watching Tyson make his ring entrance against Michael Spinks with that creepy ass background theme. It was with some chain noise like a michael myers type of ****. Tyson walked out like a stone cold killer with a job to do. I wazs very young back then but that's when i started really watching boxing. I was a real boxing fan at the age of 6..

    from a profesional fight memory, that would have to be Collins vs eubank 1 in cork 1994....

    I can vividly remember being allowed to stay up and watch a tape delay of Holmes v Norton.. I was around 6 years old.. I was soooo absorbed.. I never saw such muscular guys fight.. let alone 2 glistening black heavyweights.. It was like watching gladiators.. It was like a revelation to me as a kid...

    hmmm...i had always watched boxing b/c every male in my family does. so tyson in the 80s comes to mind...but the first time i got real jacked up for a fight was rjj v. toney.
