    if (YES train at home) what excerises you do: Heavy bag, Speed bag, pushs up 3 sets 50-50-50 and i do 600+ sit ups everyday

    You Run? How many times a week, how far how long?: i try to run everyday, its about 30-45 min run, about 4-5 KM
    Met Any Pro Fights(Name Them): Fitz Vanderpool, Art Brownski(spelling)
    Favourite Fighters: Proska, Adamek, Morales, Roy Jones, Marvin Hagler many many more.
    Least Favourite Fighters: Traver, and Mayweather (i love the way mayweather fights no doubt all the respect, but i don't like the way he acts)
    Closest Fighter, to Your Boxing Style: Proska/Chad Dawson When im slick and Marvin Hagler When i put pressure
    Take Boxing Serious, and Going Pro?: I Take Boxing Serious but its a hobbie
    Your Weakness: I tend to drop my right hand low
    Your Strenghts: I got decent Power, very fast hands, southpaw, i tend to be very slick boxer, and great shape punchs
    Are You Overweight/Slim/Ripped etc?: Slim/Ripped
    Goals in the future (Weight, focus etc): To make 175, and goal to be as big as Adamek hehe
    Add Anything else: I twist my leg in boxing, my left back foot, i couldn't jump with my foot for 3 months, my footwork isn't as good and my leg swells very quick, im still working on my footwork everyday just it gonna take time.

    when i boxed...:lol:

    When i first started I was around 160 and i was 4-0. Then i was at 175, i was knocked out, and my last bout was at 188.
