Joe Tesslitore and Teddy Atlas are quite funny

 

I like Al Bernstein and Steve Albert a lot. Steve Farhood is intelligent too, although sometimes his voice gets on my nerves. Johnny Nelson is pretty decent. I like Tarver. Teddy Atlas has his moments, but there are a lot of negatives to go with a lot of positives, although he's absolutely the best at breaking down a fight, bar none. Can't stand most of the guys on HBO. Roy Jones was decent when he did it for a while, but that's about it. And is it Ronnie Nathanielz who calls the Filipino fights on Solar? That guy's a trip.

I can't believe people are mentioning Bob Sheridan. Half the time he seems to just invent what he's seeing. Not as bad as Gus Johnson though - he's the worst.

 

Hard to say on this one. I like the knowledge of Al Bernstein, but his voice and excitement sometimes are too much. I wish the demeanor of Jim Lampley could have the boxing knowledge of Bernstein. I used to love Clancy and Tim Ryan. They really analyzed boxing well.

 

That guy who did the commentary for Jones Jr./Hopkins II. He also did Tyson/Douglas. I should be stoned for not knowing his name.
