Do you not think Alvarez is a bit low.

I know he was past his prime at the time, but he was still more highly regarded in the game going into the fight than some above him on the list.

Juanito Rubillar seems awfully high.

 

I did it pretty fast in my head,couldn't eve think of a 10th guy.You are right about the 2 but Alvarez was so past it...he didn't even make weight for the fight
