How about the time the referee came into Wilder's corner and gave him extra time to recover from getting knocked out? Wilder has HAYMON BOXING INSURANCE! I told you so, then look at Haymon's judges scoring!
chavez vs taylor 1 taylor was winning the fight and his corner was begging him to step it up they were saying in spanish come on julio do it for your family for your son, you can still knock him out, you are stronger than him you are more than him!!! i can't remember which fight it was but oscar de la hoya was losing against someone (oba carr or ike quartey) and his dad came out of the crowd and told his son come on you cant lose to this guy he's a bum! trinidad sr slapping tito trinidad in the de la hoya fight, angel garcia telling danny to keep his punches "crispy".
“HE WILL GAS BEFORE YOU DAVID!” Said Penfold, literally seconds before Pricey became completely exhausted.
"Keep your head down, high guard, plod forward, do not move your ****ing head one inch to either side, keep them feet going forward, you're a punching bag on a treadmill, DO NOT MOVE THAT ****ING HEAD, NO MOVEMENT" - Joe Gallagher to any of his fighters for the last 10 years.
Also in the Chavez Taylor fight was Lou Duva telling Taylor in the 12 round he needed to fight and that he was losing. In truth, Taylor was up on the cards. Duva changed his story and said he told Taylor to stay away but was exposed as a f****** liar during the HBO Legendary Nights series.
There was a good moment in the Cletus Seldin vs Yves Ulysse Jr fight on the undercard of Saunder Lemeuix. Seldin was given a boxing lesson by Ulysse. Which left his trainer, Pete Brodsky, telling Seldin what insults he should shout at Ulysse in order to get him to stand still and be hit. No advice on how to close him, no tips on better movement or feints to employ, just the helpful suggestion to call him some nasty names.
When after the seventh round agsinst Frampton, Joe Gallagher told Scott Quigg he was 6-1 down! ...while all along he'd been telling the hapless Scott he was "doing fine"! You couldn't make it up. The look on Quiggs face.....he should've clocked Gallagher there and then!
