Alexis represents everything that's good about the fight game for me. Nobody was more textbook than Alexis inside the ring. Have a look at his technique, every shot he throws is almost perfectly straight, and with precision and power. He'd systematically beat up his opponents in the ring, and then give them a hug afterward. Nobody has a bad word to say about Arguello because he was as pure a character as Boxing has ever produced. Watch his fights with Boza Edwards, Ray Mancini, and Aaron Pryor. All on youtube, all wonderful to watch, most notably the last two. Plus, check this man out. What a fighter.
