Mine is Sweat Pea. He only had a 42.5% knockout percentage but he was a treat to watch
Ernesto Hurtado and Louie Lomeli would probably disagree with me on this one

Back in the day there were Ralph Dupas, Willie Pastrano, Joey Archer, all fighting at roughly the same time. All had superb footwork, an educated jab and better than average hand speed. Rare for them to register a KO. Both Pastrano and Dupas were from New Orleans. I like to think of them as jazz-influenced fighters.

Howard Davis Jr. One of the most physically gifted boxers
ever. Both fast , quick, and also very skilled.
But couldn't crack an egg with his firepower. (Maybe
    the vegetarian diet?)
Davis had a very sad ending though. For a man who
lived and preached a healthy lifestyle he somehow
developed lung cancer and died early at 59 yrs old.

    Chris Byrd.

I don't know if he had "no power" per se, just that he was a SMW in a HW's game.

I liked Ian "Dappa" Napa a lot. He had only one stoppage in his career - and it was on opponent's injury, but He had excellent skills and his lack of power didn't stop him from walking many bigger opponents down.

Pernell Whitaker and Miguel Lora have stinging punches that are hurtful. Wouldn't consider them as fighters with the least amount of power.

For me it's Miguel Canto, Hilario Zapata, and Ivan Calderon.

Off the top of my head:

    Albert Davila
    Chatchai Sasakul
    Antonio Amaya
    Ken Buchanan
    Harold Weston

Some of these guys scored some stunning stoppages, but they were primarily boxers.

That's a Zuri Lawrence level of power outage, I didn't know anyone was even that close to him

Pat Cowdell. Tidy little boxer with slightly odd stance who would stab you to death with his jab.

Remembered for giving the great Salvador Sanchez a hard nights work and getting blown away by Azumah Nelson.

Imagine getting 2 world title shots and having to face Sanchez and Nelson!

Napa was considered to be pretty small guy even for flyweight standards - but He refused to cut weight and fought much bigger men at 118 instead. It also played a role in his career ko ratio.
I remember Zuri - but somehow it escaped me He had 0 stoppages. At heavyweight, that's quite an achievement!

Not completely feather-fisted but certainly light on is Pernell Whitaker, my personal favourite. Still not getting the credit he deserves in mythical match ups IMO.

Due, I know what you mean. I used to say the same thing about Hector Thompson. 2 world title shots and it was against Duran and Cervantes. What kind of luck is that? Worse again, Alan Rudkin. 3 world title shots and they were against Harada, Rose and Olivares. Awww, man!
