Armando Muniz was my all time favorite. I saw many of his great wins and many losses that, although heartbreaking, could be referred to as his best showing, such as his first fight with Jose Napoles. I saw some of his best wins such as his KOs of Clyde Gray and Ernie Lopez, but I have to say one of the most satisfying where he looked like dynamite was his 1st round KO of Billy Lloyd. Lloyd was coming off back-to-back KOs of Zovek Barajas, who had beaten Muniz. Lloyd had looked so devastating in the Barajas fights that the scribes were writing Muniz' epitaph. Well, not me. I saw the fight on tape delay but it didn't detract from my excitement and I let out a squeal as Muniz pounded Lloyd into the canvas in a corner that was reminiscent of Liston v Cleveland Williams. For me, it didn't get much better than that.

Saad absorbed hellacious punches and mowed johnson down while bleeding so much a loss on cu$s was gonna happen.

This performance alone would have got him into the HOF.

One of my favs was the Margarito/Cotto 1 !! I was ridiculed on the forum for predicting Antonio would beat Cotto & probably The Cotto rematch ,despite Antonio only having one good eye from round 2 was headed the same way, that doc stopped the fight to save Cotto QUITTING AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
Another one was when Ike Ibeabuchi beat David Tua in a barnstormer. No one outside of Texas had heard of Ike The President lol Again I was ridiculed but still proved correct lol
It helps when you know the guys & watch them progress throughout their careers

I was a big Roy Jones can growing up. Always loved his KO body shot of Virgil Hill.

He’s already been mentioned in another example, but for me it was Julio Cesar Chavez beating Edwin Rosario. Such a complete, relentless beatdown. Rosario looked in shock at the end.

    Marciano v Charles 2
Made some nice adjustments in the second fight. Had one of the most clutch finishes in boxing history that doesn’t get talked about enough.
