    I really like Lacy, but I don't see him getting past Taylor. Taylor has a pretty good style to combat a come foward figher like Lacy. He's a taller fighter than Lacy, and he should be able to control the distance with his jab(Jermain actually has a pretty good jab which gets overlooked). Lacy's defense is suspect and his punch resistence has seriously deginerated. Taylor's jab, size, and speed should see him landing at will on Lacy. I see a 9-3 type of decision or a stoppage for Taylor.
