One strike KO every day of the week. A Spider Silva round house kick to the head does it nicely for me.

One strike KO is the most spectacular. I voted GNP as the one strike can be lucky.

A one strike KO is my favourite, particularly a CroCop left head kick or Dan Henderson right hand.

Submissions are my favourite, especially when executed in the blink of an eye. I'm thinking specifically of Fedor's armbar on Mark Coleman and Anderson's triangle on Sonnen. Nothing blows me away more than the rapid application of a fight-ending sub. Now that's skill.

That's because great minds think alike Stoo.

A body shot KO is the sweetest because it's not accidental, it takes skills and it is the penultimate way to win IMO. To break a man's insides and leave him writhing on the ground in the foetal position is total dominance.

Gotta agree with the body shots comments. Obviously One punch kos look great but quite often they are sloppy and more due to poor defense and technique than being set up well (not saying all just quite a few). Submissions and body shots for me. As said before when you submit someone youve broken another fighter and body shots especially in MMA are a thing to behold.

A ripping body shot is hard to beat but a huge jaw kick rates huge too :good
