I don't know if he has huge power, but in the Golden Gloves National Championships this year, he knocked out four of his opponent's teeth while he had his mouthguard in. Opponent might have just had loose teeth though

I'd like to see Bowie Tupou either fight someone with a a high win percentage or at least fight more often. At 26 I think he should start to make a move in 2009 otherwise he'll be heading into Audley Harrison territory before he knows it.

not yet but in 2 or 3 years he will ...until them he will punish the cruiserweights.
But he would beat a lot top 10 Heavyweights right now.

I dont know if you can classify him as a prospect anymore, but I am really starting to take a liking to Dimitrenko. The guy has a lot of ability, he is a good athlete, moves well around the ring, puts his punches well together, and has pretty decent power. To me, he is still a bit raw though, he does have some weaknesses, so I wouldnt like him to have 4-5 more fights against decent opposition, before having a go at one of the titles.

Wow...im surprised no one mentioned Arreola...is he really THAT hated?

I personally like Arreola and Haye myself...those are my favorites...two young fighters making noise and going in the ring with only two missions

Im not sure how people define prospects but I would say they are younger guys who haven't had title shots but have some pretty decent wins and growth potential.

    IMO the best are:

Povetkin -- He will lose to Wlad in '09 if he enforces mandatory. Povetkin will take a beating and get stopped late. I think he will recover, however, and be a mainstay for years to come. Great technical abilities espeically in close, heart, incredible punch output, two-fisted skill, sharp puncher, quick hands, aggressive, solid beard. Doesn't have heavy hands, holes in defense, swelling, questionable footwork. Can beat anyone now not named Klitschko. Future titlist at some point with a small chance to become The Champ after the Klitschkos pass on or fade badly.

Chambers -- This guy has top 3 skills. Good defense, jab, straight right hand, left hook to the body, decent chin, sharp puncher, high guard. However, has little to no foot movement, lacks size and conditioning. He will be a top 10 guy but I don't think he can win a belt unless he really improves his conditioning and fights a smaller hw.

Haye -- He has all the physical skills but lacks experience north of 200, discipline, stamina, proven punch resistance, and defense to really be a consistent force. Could lose to any number of contenders or beat them on a given night. If Haye doesn't utilize his talents and become more of a refined boxer at hw rather than a wild brawler, he will not enjoy long-term success.

Arreola -- Decent boxer, heavy hands, heart, pretty good beard, throws inside combinations, aggressive. However, he lacks snap and crispness on his punches. Very plodding. No defense. Terrible conditioning. He reminds me of poor man's version of sam peter circa 2005. In 2005, Peter looked like he was gonna be a real factor for years to come after the wlad fight. That version took too many punches and his conditioning seemed to worsen fight to fight. That could very well happen to Chris. When you play no defense and face a big hitter like Wlad, a sustained beating over 12 rounds can ruin you physically or even mentally. At this point, I think he will challenge for a belt and lose. I don't think he will be able to break through from contender to titlist at this point.
