Did he win? Sure. But he didn't "beat the living ****" out of him it was a boring fight with very little action.:rofl

    What fight were you watching?

  6. That's the thing with these Jones nuthuggers Rico. They are only left with foggy memories. They don't study the facts. And with Jones it's all "woulda" "coulda" "shoulda". :verysad:dead

Instead of fighting the best in each division, he collected trinkets and defended against roadsweepers, car park attendants, and firefighters. He knew what we know, i.e. he has a Glass Jaw. :deal

don't expect to see TG1 around these parts again, he knows that one more word in this thread from him will result in me tracking him down, smashing his caravan door through, grabbing the back of his scrawny neck and uppercutting his fragile egghead 27 times in succession with ferocious power and pinpoint accuracy. his inbred family would be mopping the blood and yoke off the caravan floor for the next month :vonnecunt

Not one of them beat Toney as a champion and not one of them put on the masterclass that Jones did, ****stick!

Tiberi, Sosa, Williams? Yeah okay and Robin Reid beat Calzaghe!

He floored Toney, battered him to head and body and won almost every round.

There were times when he literally punched him from one side of the ring to the other. What ****in fight were you watching?

Just because Toney was able to take it doesn't mean he didn't get his ass thrashed.

    :patsch Dont be a knob.
Many felt Toney lost to Tiberi. One journalist called it a massive robbery.

How do you think Reid beat Calzaghe?
Ask yourself this. How could you not score rounds 2, 3, 4,7, 8 (

), 12 to Calzaghe? Remember Reid had a point deducted also.

I thought like 2 judges that Calzaghe was a clear winner and except for McCrory who scored a draw when amongst Reids crowd, all of the other studio guests scored wide for Calzaghe including Mcguigan and Eubank. I also think damaged handed (damaged his hand in round 4) Calzaghe won and felt he won rounds 1, 9 (Reid did land the punch of the night in round 9 though) & 11.

    Good away win for Calzaghe

Lets not forget also that Reid was leagues above Tiberi, Sosa, Williams

Theres clearly some bull**** going on in the JC camp there. If Calzaghe had really broken his hand, surely theres no way he could have gone on fightiing.

The fight was a draw really, and demanded a rematch. Although Cal dodged rematches anyway, no shame in it, Reid was a good boxer who beat Sven Otkke, for example, so Reid was really a two time SMW champ. (and mayb have missed out on being a three time champ if he had got a rematch).

But I thought this was a Jones thread, sorry for adding to the digression.

    Its a pantsthread tbh lol.

Is that as in a door knob? You can't even ****in spell, pal!

Look goofy! My point is Calzaghe DID beat Reid but there are people who think Reid won, just as people thought Tiberi won. Bottom line is Calzaghe got the "W" and so did Toney!

Toney may have looked like **** against Tiberi but he won the fight, case closed? That silly fat wanker, Headbanger, is saying that Toney got his ASS KICKED by guys he actually beat in close fights. That's how desperate he is to get points across.

I'm used to that porky wank being stupid, but you have no excuse!
