Let's do something a little different in this thread. Name some of memorable throws you've seen mixed-martial artists use in a fight. It could be a body lock, suplex, hip toss, etc. Anything as long as it qualifies as a throw. Also, who would you consider to be among the greatest, or your favorite, throwers in the history of the sport? One of the nastiest throws I ever saw was Fedor's belly-to-belly suplex on Randleman, crazy part is, it happened after Randleman nearly killed him with that huge slam. Fedor reversed position, locked the waist, and just launched him like nothing. Pure technique and awareness under pressure. As far as favourite throwers, Karo Parisyan has to be high on the list. Dude made judo look beautiful in MMA when it was still rare, clean hip tosses, inside trips, harai goshis right into dominant positions. He was chaining judo throws together in real fights when most guys had no answer for it. Honourable mention to Ronda Rousey too, say what you want about her striking, but her inside grip throws were textbook, especially early in her run.
