Fantastic thread. I like the message from this video myself. Doesn't matter if you like or hate bodybuilding. The message is sound. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7kf6r0D3SEA[/ame]

Thats the greatest video in the whole of this thread, and i don't think anything before it or after it can match up to it. Why..? Because the message is simple, and it is completely right.

not a video but i love this poem and intend to get the last two lines tattooed on me at some point. i have included the wiki link as it gives some background toi the poem. [ame]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invictus[/ame] Out of the night that covers me, Black as the Pit from pole to pole, I thank whatever gods may be For my unconquerable soul. In the fell clutch of circumstance I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of chance My head is bloody, but unbowed. Beyond this place of wrath and tears Looms but the Horror of the shade, And yet the menace of the years Finds, and shall find, me unafraid. It matters not how strait the gate, How charged with punishments the scroll. I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.
[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YmftCCZtLFw[/ame] I'm going to try and buy Michael Johnson's book, "Slaying the Dragon". Its not only about his life, and achievements. But how he achieved those goals.......it's a useful book for anybody from Business to sport, to General life. Michael Johnson is the greatest sprinter of all-times. I find that too much emotion can be a bad thing in sport. You have to become almost like a robot, and slightly detached from present time........
