Which "new" division in boxing is your favourite? In terms of quality of fights that took place in that division, quality of fighters etc. Please don't mention Bridgerweight.

    Light-Middleweight (154), Super middleweight (168) or Cruiserweight (200 lbs).

I personally will go with Super-Middleweight. Even though it is arguably the least essential, this division has had greats like Roy Jones Jr, James Toney, Canelo Alvarez, Joe Calzaghe, Nigel Benn, Chris Eubank etc.

Definitely 154 which came about in tue early 60's I believe. Some of my favorite fighters came out of that weightclass with Mike McCallum being my all time favorite. Norris, Winky, Hearns, Tito, Vargas and Emile Griffith being other favorites.

It's one of those weightclasses that has the perfect combination of speed and power. Plus, it was the weightclass I competed in as a teenager (156 was the amateur limit in those days).

Not really all that new, but I’ll go with Jr. Middleweight ( super welter . ) Think it’s been around since the 60’s.

Jr middleweight was pretty much solid, although if I wanted to see good, obscure fighters outside of us I like super flyweight.

I really liked the 190lbs Cruiserweights it was a good place for guys to go up or down either way… 200lbs is just the pre 80s sized HW’s lol.

    140. It's been a nice middle ground between 135 and 147, and I have been a fan of guys like Tszyu, Hatton, etc. I still don't think it should exist, however. Cruiserweight and super middleweight are probably the only two newer divisions that make the most sense.
