    Past: Ali's jab
    Present: $'s pull-counter

    I like straight punches.

    Zab's lead left! Zing!
Tyson's double left hooks or jab!
    Larry Holmes' jab! Whoo!
    James Toney's right uppercut!
    Smokin' Joe's lead left hook!
Anything RJJ's unorthodox butt threw! WTF?
Foreman's right hook to the body!
Ali's fast stiff jab moving backwards. Wow!

I like movement more than punches anyway though. Punches are blah. The movement, footwork, tricks, traps, and set ups are what makes you say WOW!

Never really thought about it... but I guess I'd say Tyson's right uppercut. One monstrocity of a punch when he lands it right.

What am I going to say "no"? I was just sparkin' crap up, but sure it is a great left hand. Especially when used against flat footed or drained guys! :good

IMHO there is a distinction between "good" and "effective". I mean what did George Foreman ever throw "good". Now was it "effective"? Heck yeah!

He has great timing and power with it, but overall very poor techniqe. He falls in with the punch and often throws himself off balance with his left foot sliding forward and leaving himself square. That's why he often leaves himself open for hard counter right hands.
